How To Make Sattu Tikki I Sattu Tikki Recipe:
Mix Sattu, chopped coriander, green chillies, amchur powder, lemon juice, and salt. Add water to make a thick slurry. Then roast cumin and carom seeds. Add chopped onions and stir-fry, then add the Sattu mix. Cook while stirring constantly until it forms a soft dough.
Transfer to a plate and let it cool slightly. Then knead the warm dough, and divide it into 12 to 16 portions. Roll each portion into a ball and gently press to shape it into a disc and cook to make tikki.
